Order Process

If you have a OEM and ODM requirement, then we can fulfill it. For availing this service, you need to follow the below mentioned 'order process':

  • Browse our showroom and finalize one model of office furniture. Convey the model to our sales team along with your individual specifications in terms of size, color, type & style of print, quantity and packaging. To facilitate the things, client can provide us with the drawing and pictures of the desired item. This will help our engineer in gaining better understanding of your precise requirements.
  • Initial Design: Once your specifications are received by us, our engineer will create a blueprint on the basis of office size / volume / size.
  • Cost Quotation and Design Confirmation: Once initial design is received by you, our sales team will contact you with specific price quotation. If any change is required, we will recreate the design. Cost and design will be finalized after customer's confirmation.
  • Contract singing and advance payment: Once client's approval is received for cost and design, he will receive the proforma invoice from us. He needs to sign it and pay 30% of total amount in advance.

Then, the production, testing and packaging of the product will be done.
Finally, we will ship the product after confirmation of payment of remaining balance.
